this issue mostly stands from the fact that your project is getting too big for your computer to handle. my recommendation is trying out the booster Audiotool offers

if that doesn't help, something that helped me personally was going on studio, then pressing Window at the top left, Preferences, and selected Worker Only for the Audio Driver. *only do this if booster does not work, else booster will just overwrite the driver anyway*

Occasionally I would see the worklet bar at the bottom get highlighted bright orange and say it's overloading for just one second. The audio doesn't glitch or anything while this happens so I just ignore it.
