Like I want to repeat a full part of my song in a different area essentially to make a chorus. I can do this very slowly but would like to know if there is a shortcut. Thank you

Please help me repeat things in my song
On the timeline, rectangle-select the regions you want to copy, hold Ctrl and click and drag them to where you want them. That creates duplicates that you can edit independently. If you press Shift+Ctrl, you make virtual copies. Any edit on them will also change the originals.
