Hello
I am trying to make a precise cut into my audio track and it will only let me cut to the " 1.00 "
I want to be able to cut it at my own free range without it auto snapping into the next increment.
I'm just starting out so sorry if it's a dumb question or if it doesn't make sense, I'm not too fond of the terminologies of all the topics audio tool presents so it is really hard to try and ask to google these types of questions

There is a way to have your own "free range" of dx increments. On the left of the timeline panel, you will see a list of devices and the properties that your automating. Above that list is a bar, on the right of the bar is your four tools (pointer, pencil, razor, and hand). On the left of that bar is a hashtag/pound/tic-tac-toe symbol probably with the word "Smart" after it. If you click the word "Smart", you can specify increments to snap to, but clicking the symbol will toggle the auto snapping. It is recommended to have some sort of auto snapping, at the very least 1/128 when dealing with small-scale stuff.
