When I go to open a project it just says "rendering" and never loads

Kinda has been doing that for me occasionally. I have the Studio open at all times, and occasionally Chrome decides to reset the tab for some reason to where when I navigate to that tab it reloads itself, and sometimes when it does this it decides to spend forever on the loading screen. It's usually fixed by reloading, and if it isn't, then I'd just wait till later before retrying. Though it's probably unrelated to the issues you're having.
I have the same problem with one draft that is important to me.
