You can't.
There isn't a device in AT that does that as such. Closest you can get is to upload the sample into the machiniste across each bank and then pitch each one to correspond to a new note.
You could do the pitching outside AT, and upload the samples into the machi afterwards which may work better due to time stretching occuring when pitch shifting using the machi.
