I'm trying to load presets into the Pulverisateur and it pops up with a box that says "Warning: Could not load preset". There's nothing wrong with my wifi, help?

I'm trying to load presets into the Pulverisateur and it pops up with a box that says "Warning: Could not load preset". There's nothing wrong with my wifi, help?

I just tried it other synths, too. None work. When I drag it onto the dash it says "DOWNLOAD_PRESET request failed."
