is there an easy way to subdivide quarter notes into triplets in note tracks?

    You can change the grid to 1/8 , 1/16 or 1/32 triplets

      6 eight note triplets equal 3 quarter note triplets. Set your grid to 1/8T and draw notes with a length of two grid subdivisions.
