Question Concerns With Audiotool, Browser Compatibility & Adobe Flash Player?

Hey Audiotool Artist & Song-Writers & Many More I Have A Very Very Good Questions To Ask About Because I want the best experience to go well for audiotool.

What Internet Browsers Work Well On Audiotool Instead Of Just Google Chrome Because You Know This is a thing i want to tell everyone about and this is true here..

It's been a long time coming, but Flash will finally be discontinued in 2020 and most browsers that support it now will drop support alongside Adobe's agreement to drop it. ... So, whilst Flash is going in 2020, it won't be the end of browser based games.

Yeah, Basically there was an agreement with Adobe & Browser Makers to remove it in December 2020. So That Means Flash wont be no longer be supported. But will audiotool still work right after thou is the question? So these are good questions to think about & take into consideration.

But mainly right now are actually 4 questions i want know from you all 1. Which browsers are compatible with audiotool? 2. Will Audiotool still work when Adobe Flash gets removed? 3. What tool is better than Adobe Flash Player? 4. And Finally Last Question What is a better alternative when Flash gets removed? Like What Is A Better Tool To Use When That Happens?

  • As @kurp already stated: Flash is no longer needed for the studio.

I'm using Firefox and Chromium because of my privacy concerns with Chrome.

    - Chrome is officially supported by AT

    - Firefox is supported as experimental. It lacks a few features (MIDI, Worklet and Booster-Support).

    - I don't know if Chromium is officially supported but so far I cannot remember any problems and bugs will be most likely fixed in a timely manner.

    - Edge is not officially supported but might work because they switched to the Chromium engine recently. I personally wouldn't touch it if you care about your privacy. Also it's unlikely that bugs will be fixed in a timely manner because the devs don't have a Windows machine for testing ;)

    Everything else is unsupported.

  • Audiotool used to be a flash app, but now it's not flash anymore. I think it's HTML5 or some java program or something but I am likely wrong. Audiotool works on Chrome, Firefox, and Edge (Beta)

Flash games are moving to HTML5 so i think that's what is better.

    • i make a bunch of different stuff, just check out yourself, i recently published a new song a couple minutes ago so yeah

    • Thanks Dude For Your Feed Back That Means Alot And Btw What Type Of Music Do You Make Btw?

    • Chrome is a good browser to use but many people also use firefox. Also, I know for a fact that audiotool is not Flash anymore.
