I've been dealing with an issue for years now, but I'm not sure if I've reached out to support before - probably not. I own an account on Audiotool ( Charismatic ) but I can't access it because my email has been deleted. Unfortunately, I can't prove that I own the account because I can't access it. However, I do know some potential passwords and the deleted email associated with the account, which could help me prove ownership.

I'm writing to ask if logging in with Soundcloud could be an option to retrieve my long-lost account. I haven't been able to access it since 2020. No matter what device, network, world location, or browser I use, I keep getting the same error: "Something went wrong (redirect_uri_mismatch). The redirection URI provided does not match a pre-registered value."

Since I'm the owner of the Audiotool account, I also own the Soundcloud account linked to it. Audiotool still has granted access to the Soundcloud account, so I assume I could log in with Soundcloud. If not, I hope someone can reach out to me about this issue specifically. I don't want other members to have the same experience as me.
