Okay so, basically when I take a preset (or a default synth), it won't let me change the velocity. I'll move it from 127 to 0, and it'll stay at the same velocity. I've noticed that this is mostly with pads, sometimes on other sounds, though. Am I missing something?

Check the VEL control at the top right if the synth is a Heisenberg. Take a look at the VEL INT knob at the bottom right if the synth is a Space. For Pulverizateur, I don't know.
