If you want to be safe, aside from using your own samples, use the ones provided by Audiotool, Newloops, or the AT Resource Collective only. Those samples are guaranteed to be safe.

Surely if you were to upload music made on here on to something like spotify to make money, then if you use any sample except your own, then you are breaking copyright infringement
Yes. However, the issue is with the samples. to make it 100% safe to upload to any other platforms, make sure you use official AT or partnered samples (those samples that have a blue or green circle on them).
Yes, you can sell ur AT music (Bc it's an original track). There is a risk tho, you have to make sure that samples are royalty-free, or else u might be in trouble with copyright issues.
