Step one:
Get a Machinieste (duh), and insert a sample.
Step two:
Put the starting point of that sample to 100%.
Step three:
Put the ending point to 0%.
Step four:
Listen.

turn the End knob all the way down, and the Start knob all the way up :) Alternatively just put the sample in your timeline and reverse it that way, gives you more control over it
