So I'm trying to use this rap sample someone uploaded, but it's a bit too fast for the tempo of the track they uploaded it on. Does anyone know how I can fix it so it can match the tempo?

If your sample is already on the timeline, first right-click the corresponding audio region and choose Change Playback Mode > Timestretch. Then double-click the region to to open it and drag the top right audio event (square icon) horizontally until the speed is right.
