As far as I know, no, it won't. Every report is reviewed individually by the moderators. Uploading privileges are revoked for those who mass infringe copyrights. If you state your reason on your report, you should be fine.

I agree. To me it's more important to get rid of those samples.
Revoking privileges is to make users aware of the problems they cause. Reporting their own samples means they understood. It'd be stupid to punish them for that.
