I'm not sure if i can. I descend at making sounds, but might fall short in making the melodies and progressions. But i'm here to help as much as I can. I can do my best.
On the right, there should be a panel showing devices. To make noise, you can drag a sample, loop, drum machine, or synth into the workspace (the empty space in the middle). It works like a real life studio, put the output cables that come with the devices into anything. For sound to come out, it needs to be linked in some way to the output box (black and orange box with only an input). To place notes or arrange samples, the bottom half of the screen (if you didn't change the interface already) should be a timeline. If you uploaded a sample, it should be at the start of that timeline. for notes and patterns, double click to create a region and double click on it to open it up and create things. For any other information, I can't bother explain so just use the tip of the day thing that pops up when you enter the studio.
I'm open to help, though I only know the basics and work with everything based on experimenting. If you want, I can add you to a project and explain the fundamentals as greatly as I can so you can start your music journey.
Also, if you are interested, you can choose any of my tracks from the given list as a ready setup for the first introduction. Let me know how you want to start.
