I have a bass guitar synth on a Pulv and it's not detuned in any way shape or form. I've got a sub playing the exact same bassline, and it sounds phenomenal in my headphones. But, when I try to listen on my computer speakers to hear if the mix is sounding right, the bass sounds slightly out of tune and ruins the whole thing. Does anyone know why exactly this is happening, and how I can fix it?

This seems a monitoring issue, rather than something wrong with your arrangement/notes. Try to change your listening position slowly (move further away from or towards your loudspeakers) and see if it changes what you hear (bass frequencies suddenly disappear or become louder) especially at louder volumes. If yes, then your bass is reflecting off your walls and interfering with itself. if you can, move your loudspeakers away from room corners or put some isolation behind them. Try to monitor at lower volumes, you'll have more direct sound and less room sound. If you can, check your rough mix in different environments (car stereo, another room) and see if you still hear the problem. Also, check this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eAH9eLStDkM
Thank you so much!
