1) If you are a hindrance to your team, do not participate, or in any way, shape, or form mess up your teammates design, you will be disqualified from the competition and your team will move forward without you on their team.
2) There must be 1 (ONE) draft per team. The teammates must discuss amongst themselves as to who will be the main author and who will be the co-authors. If multiple members within a team post different drafts, that entire team WILL be disqualified.
3) You must NOT use any presets. Every design MUST be from SCRATCH. If you use a preset, you will be disqualified.
4) DO NOT USE SAMPLES. SAMPLE USAGE WILL BE AN AUTOMATIC DISQUALIFICATION.
5) Please work together in an orderly fashion.
6) You are not required to use the same chords or melodies from the song provided to you. If your team does however, they will be given bonus points.
7) Every member MUST contribute to their team. If there is a member who refuses to work on the project, please notify me and they will be disqualified.
8) Any questions are to be posted on my wall or in this discussion thread. I will do my best to answer them to the best of my ability.
Deadline:

THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTION FOR LATE ENTRIES. ENTRIES MUST BE PUBLISHED ON OR BEFORE THE DEADLINE TO BE COUNTED.
If you would rather me post it to the contests section, I can, but I didn't feel as though it had business being there considering the original contest post was already there and this is just deriving from that.
The original post was in the contests section, since this is part 1, I posted it to chitchat since this isn't the actual competition piece, this is just a round objective.
By no samples, I meant like using samples of synthesizers from like outside daws and such. Using fx sounds or resampling is acceptable but if you resample your synth I wanna see the original synth too or I'll mark it as shady. I basically meant that you just don't use synth samples
I should specify, recording and resampling sounds within AT is allowed? For instance bouncing a heisenberg and putting in through a machinist or rasselbock?
Should this not be in the contests section?
