So im going to be honest i was a sample user for 808 hi hats etc...And now that sample uploading is gone i can't do what i love or at least don't know where to start to get that trap sound i love making anime trap so if anyone can help me learn sound design i can pay you weekly i really wanna be a good producer that ACTUALLY PRODUCES lol so please get at me and we can go from there arigato!!!

you're probably not gonna find a super reliable teacher here.
look stuff up on youtube and other sites, remix other people's tracks, and experiment. it's the best way to learn.
The best way of teaching yourself in a gerne is to explore and experiment on. Open up tracks from other users, learn what they done and then paste that knowledge in your head.
Some things you can do is look up some sound design tutorials from other daws/vsts and apply them to here. Theyre not going to be 100% symmetrical but youtube videos taught me some in's and out's of audio technicalities I could apply here. Every synth has an envelope with attack, decay, etc.
Really depends on what kind of music you want to make. I could help you in a couple genres but its a matter of preference as to what you like to write.
