sorry to dig up an old thread, but I am having the same issue again with a few students this year who used their district provided email to sign up. They are not receiving the activation email, even in the junk folder.
I have already emailed teams @ audiotool with the problem and their username, was hoping someone on your end could activate them please
I had tried sending one about my first student who had the issue but I didn't get a reply, however I got the help here which is why I tried here again.
As a teacher in our district, I can request IT to allow the emails to come through but rarely do those requests get approved. I had to jump through all sorts of hoops to get them to unblock AudioTool when the blocked it at the beginning of the year (even though I have been using it for 3-4 years now).
