Not receiving account activation emails

I use AudioTool in my classroom and have a student who is not receiving the account activation email. We have double checked his spam/junk folders.

Have tried using both the district provided school email and his personal gmail account.

  • @Martin Below sorry to dig up an old thread, but I am having the same issue again with a few students this year who used their district provided email to sign up. They are not receiving the activation email, even in the junk folder.

    I have already emailed teams @ audiotool with the problem and their username, was hoping someone on your end could activate them please

  • Quick thing I learned, if you sign up with a google account, you don't get the activation email. That's why I never got one.

  • @Martin Below I am having the same issue with JulioFeliciano, would you be able to activate his account too please?

      I had tried sending one about my first student who had the issue but I didn't get a reply, however I got the help here which is why I tried here again.

      As a teacher in our district, I can request IT to allow the emails to come through but rarely do those requests get approved. I had to jump through all sorts of hoops to get them to unblock AudioTool when the blocked it at the beginning of the year (even though I have been using it for 3-4 years now).

  • Dear @J-Shepard is it still not working? There were some small problems with the servers in the last days but it should work again - oh Martin Below is already on it, great

    • He is still not receiving the emails, I sent an email to team @audiotool .com on Friday, but have not received a reply.

  • From what I can tell, there is an option to resend the activation email.

    On another note, I don't remember ever getting the activation email either.

    • We have tried re-sending the authorization email, but it never comes in.

      Without activating it is not letting him publish his project so he can turn it in.

    • I just checked - the emails send from our system without any error. I manually activated his account.
