I have tried this for several days now. I click log in with google, then audiotool spits out an error code 500 and redirects to the home page.
I am using firefox on an ubuntu 24.04. I have logged in with this device many times in the past without issue, and can still log in on this account that uses a username and password login
I am also having the same issue. It is a problem on Google Chrome, Edge, and DuckDuckGo. I am only able to log in on Firefox. I'm also consistently having server connectivity issues while in the Studio.
Are there any updates on this?
it seems to be device dependant. I can log in on my girlfriends' windows machine just fine. But my tower is my main production machine and it cannot log in, making it all very frustrating.
checking back in, is there any comment from audiotool devs or mods on this issue or whether a fix is being worked on? The issue is still happening.
i also have problems logging in on chrome. started about a week ago.
can login with firefox just fine tho...guess i will have to use it for the foreseeable future.

same problem however i kinda prefer the audiotool login now. on mobile i don't need to keep relogging in every day
Same, can't login to my main account https://www.audiotool.com/user/trottcrack_gmail_com/ with google login on any browser since today (During last weeks I was only able to log with firefox, and now it doesn't work either).
I guess it's impossible to kinda "tranform it" into a full AT account ?

Chrome and safari via iPhone. What kills me is I used a different google account to create a new acc here and it had no problems doing that.

having the same problem. i made this account purely to report this bug, i cant get into my main google account at all. ive tried different browsers, ive tried clearing the cache, i tried making a new account through google. nothing works. it used to be that i could log in if i opened an incognito tab but now that doesnt work either
it's been... 2 months? No official comment on this issue? It's pretty a pretty annoying issue and there are other people here expressing the same concern?
Yeah it seems like I can sign in on my laptops using google sign in but not my mobile devices. Some days it will work on mobile? And most others it wont, no matter how much I try.
Actually I tried logging in with my windows laptop just now and it wouldnt work. I used my macbook earlier today and I could log in with google using that.
