We're working on a redesign of the website (some of you might have heard of that, already).
We've come to a point where we have to decide what information shall be shown on your start page.
Some ideas to get you started:
- latest tracks of my followees
- new tracks tagged as #kevin and #banana
- Current Christian Goa-Trap charts
- Changelog
What else do you need for your everyday life on AT?

Hottest topic on (board)
What track of yours is the most people listening to right now, possibly
I second this, to show what genre is poppin atm
This could be part of a separate "statistics" page.
Sure, it would be interesting to know
Please update it no more than daily so the website doesn't explode lol
I meant for topics on the board, i think we already have what you are talking about.
Important News
Changelog, notifs about updates, new followers, new tracks by followers, and latest charts in 'subscribed' genres (or genres that you post frequently in)
Oh, gotcha.
As a fun little easter egg, can we get a Peter button hidden somewhere on the website?
omg please
Remove 'can you categorise these tracks?'
That would be awesome!
Yeah, I never thought about these.
I mean, this suggestion would probably be in the far future, what if you'd be able to choose what information is displayed on your start page? Like, maybe one day you'd want to see a changelog, and the next, you'd want to see recent tracks from followers? It may be a cool idea to check off a box to have that information shown, but maybe that's just me :/
that would be really cool to see actually, nice
We still should invite users to classify tracks - but maybe on the track's page of the player.
artist of the week, song of the day
Accessibility and customization(theme workshop?) should be a priority.
!!
Customization is part of the concept.
What do you mean by accessibility in this context?
Contrast, but not so much its distracting, look at discord's old dual color light mode as an example. Greyscale compatibilty should be a focus, a while ago(idk if changed yet) the blue of they playback bar blends perfectly into the charcoal of the background if displayed grayscale.
Thanks for the reminder about the grayscale mode.
The ability to change fonts, and having at least one dyslexia friendly font would be good to have as well.
That's more of a global thing than related to the start page.
We won't offer that as a dedicated function because it would make the design too expensive. But users with disabilities may still use the normal approaches like zooming, replacing fonts and overriding the browser's style with a custom style-sheet.
Oh yeah I forgot about those!
:p
That'd be great
