audiotool had a golden age... but i dont think its ever to be seen again...

i think one might be coming up pretty soon, especially with the release of SPACE

I don't know how to use my keyboard on Audiotool so I used to create stuff on Mixcraft and transfer to audiotool. Those were the days. Adding your own samples.

The golden age was when everyone had astronaut sloth profile pics.
In all seriousness, I think the time Audiotool had the most traffic was sometime near or during the Klub Affekt competition. There were a lot of good tracks coming out during then and the Heisenberg was fairly new. It actually seems like the current state of Audiotool is very similar to that time, so we may enter a real "golden age" soon.

Ohh it'll most likely be more than Golden

Audiotools' development is similar to that of a human being: Childhood is curious, carefree and also a bit naive, but always enthusiastic.
Then the youth explores boundaries, breaks rules, behaves selfishly and anarchically.
Finally, as a young adult, you separate from your friends who pull you down and think about how you should get your life together. When you finally know and understand that life as an adult is not only constricted and boring, you can level the way to make your life something big. And in the end, that's what people will remember when they think of you.

The Golden Age is dead, long live the platinum era

audiotool was at its peek when mikee made music

Back when Astrum, Pilgrim, Nitrix & Frigolito were still around. The music they made here was ahead of its time.

I never thought of Audiotool's time as being divided into "ages". We have better tools today, so really the age is browner than ever.
