how do i export a track i have published

2019-02-25 00:58 · 2019-02-25

I can't see how to do it in the updated interface. What was possible a year ago doesn't appear possible now. What's up with that?

2019-02-25 17:38 · 2019-02-25

Once you publish your track, go to the track page and use the download button on the right side of the page (arrow pointing down to a flat line). It has always being there.

2019-02-25 17:39 · 2019-02-25

Once you've published your track, go to the track page, click the gear icon on the right side of the page and choose Export. At the moment you can export to SoundCloud only.

2019-02-25 17:41 · 2019-02-25

The icon beside "Report" is "Remix". "Download" is the next one, third from the right (arrow pointing down).

@hoshigo Are you sure you are on the track page? If you are, look at the right side, just below the waveform. There's a row of icons: the fourth one, an arrow pointing down to a horizontal line, is the download icon.

How to download the app in genral? Like use it without relying on the internet?

2019-07-21 19:25 · 2019-07-21

The app can't be downloaded. It's exclusively an online browser app.

2019-09-09 08:47 · 2019-09-09

Maybe late to the party, but I think the download issue is (as I experienced) due to the fact I hadn't ticked the box to "allow others to download" when I originally published.

Re-publishing doesn't give you that dialog, but if you go into "Edit properties" when in the studio app itself, you can set the "allow download" tickbox there and then re-publish :)

I can see the download button in your track. Just go to the track page (click your avatar on the top right corner, choose Tracks, click the track title below the thumbnail and you'll land on the track page). The download icon looks like a downward pointing arrow on top of a horizontal line, on the right side of the page, below the waveform, fourth icon from the left.

The key is to CLICK ON THE TITLE OF YOUR TRACK in the track section, you can NOT download your song from the TRACK SECTION (the list of all of your tracks) and neither from the PLAYER (the small bar at the bottom). In those you can only share, add to album, remix (both) and hide/unhide and pin (the list), but you can download the song from the track page (the page fully dedicated to your track).
