@hoshigo Are you sure you are on the track page? If you are, look at the right side, just below the waveform. There's a row of icons: the fourth one, an arrow pointing down to a horizontal line, is the download icon.
Maybe late to the party, but I think the download issue is (as I experienced) due to the fact I hadn't ticked the box to "allow others to download" when I originally published.
Re-publishing doesn't give you that dialog, but if you go into "Edit properties" when in the studio app itself, you can set the "allow download" tickbox there and then re-publish :)

well i don't know if im blind but i can't seem to see the download button or any mention of the word download just about anywhere in the page

The buttons are not there but if you move your mouse over where they are supposed to be, you will find that the names pop up

You have to publish your track then you can download it S mp3 or ogg. You can export as WAv directly from the draft if you are a Patreon supporter

you can download your own tracks even with downloading off
turning off downloading means that other people cannot download your track
