For now, we can support female music producers through their journey to lower discrimination, and encourage music studios and record labels to pick up on them and not drop them out for their gender. Same goes with any one else! (Race, age, gender, sexuality, etc.) Hopefully by doing this, the 2% will change.

It's because the internet has changed everything, and the way people learn to compose music, or find friends so many things are different for a younger generation of women in this day of age.
Men tend to get into music so it's liked by Women and to be the "alpha male" therefore, they love it. But probably an equal amount of Men and Women get into music because they also love it. But Men have an added motivation that doesn't exist nearly as much with Women imo.

Hi! I'm a girl, and I totally agree with you. But I mean...only 2% of music producers are female, so yeah!
Hopefully in the future it'll be more than 2% but for now I'm grateful you and others are producers
I'm grateful for you guys as well. Btw, thanks for the follow. You got yourself another follower as well! ;)
I really wish there was more diversity here :(
