    would a voice be considered a lead? most of the instruments consists of 303, but the song im working on has vocals

    The deadline is being moved back by three days, to March 20.

    There were some temporary outages of the new studio due to work on our side, but these have now been resolved.

    the note track system is a lot more intuitive now imo, for the best part of me being here I did not know how to use the 303 LOL

      Sorry, but this contest is set up in the new studio, so it needs to be used. However, please help us improve compatibility if you're having problems running it on your computer, let us know a few details about the issue so we can look into it.

      The only rule in this regard is that Bassline 3 must clearly play the main role. Other synths and also samples under the known copyright rules are allowed.

      i noticed some odd quirks when having two note tracks on the same instrument with notes that started at the same time but ended at different times

      It doesn't play polyphon but you can create your notes in the note track and then set notes on the bassline-3 and it will break the playing note from the note track.

    What do you mean by central role? Do you mean it has to sound the most prominent, or do we have to use it as much as possible?
