Few things off here:
1. Your insert effects should be Harmonic effects.
2. Re-read the requirements for the Heisenberg. You only have one oscillator.
3. On the Heisenberg, you have some phase modulation set, which is not something we've gone over.
4. Both of the modulators you're using have all of the default parameters.
5. Adjust the gain on the channel so that you're audio is not clipping (the red dot at the top of the fader should not be on.)
