Can't turn loop region on/off

Right clicking on the loop region indicator doesn't give the option to turn the loop region on/off. There is no menu option to do this. How can I turn on/off the loop region feature? I am using the Google Chrome browser.

    Click the Loop On/Off icon on the transport. It's at the top of the interface, after the Play and Stop icons.
