can't upload to soundcloud?

I was trying to export one of my tracks to soundcloud but it said i needed to allow my account to access my soundcloud account. I click to go to the page to allow that but it says error 404 the page doesnt exist. How do I connect this account to my soundcloud account?

    First, you need to click on the user icon in the top-right, then you must find the "Preferences" option and click on it. From there, look for the tab that is labelled "Connected Apps" (not Social Links). Connect your Soundcloud there. If you've still got problems after the setup, make a bug report.

      it opens up soundclouds webpage with an error: Something went wrong (redirect_uri_mismatch)

      The redirection URI provided does not match a pre-registered value.
