exporting MIDI tracks (As files) for example

where is the ability to Export MIDI tracks as files....for example?.....

.....(if it's not there)....then, as an alternative, is it possible to connect another software sequencer to AT via a virtual midi cable....and then RECORD the midi track info that AT is producing?

      okay i tried all the LINKS your posted but all of them are dead. Perhaps you should have checked them before posting them. As for me "duplicate" posting, i was not aware i had done so and this is my first time on this forum. More to the point, what is the answer to my original post about midi?.....thanks
