not really the best place to ask, since AT is a music production site, not a video post-processing site. You'd be best to ask on a site that caters towards this sort of thing
if you mean that you want to edit the existing sound of a video, Audiotool isn't the way. You can extract the sound and edit it with Audacity, for example. If you mean that you want to create sound for a video with Audiotool, it's still very tricky because you can't synchronise video playback to the app, but it's possible if you take notes about time points in your video and find the equivalent points in your timeline.
