    Or do you mean how to change the tempo?

      Double-clicking on the text box and typing in the desired tempo will update it, and dragging the number marked on the image with the left mouse button up or down will also adjust the tempo.

    If you want to create quality music don't rush it. Musicians take years practicing and working hard to become masters, so don't expect to be a pro right away.
