How to add own drum-beat as audio track

Hello,

I am very new here and tried for hour (looking up videos on utube as well) to add my own drum beat as an audio track. I know how to add "normal" audio tracks. I basically set up a beat using a drum kit and a sample. I want to fade this in at some point of the track. It would be nice if I could swipe it from left to right as I please, like I can do it with loops etc. After that I would trie do fade it in nicely.

How can I add my beat from the "Machiniste" to the time line in the bottom?

Cheers

Sven

  • "It would be nice if I could swipe it from left to right as I please" Additionally, you can use the cross-fade mixer to mix two sound sources DJ style, if that's what you need: Crossfader

  • Right-click on the Machiniste and select "Copy pattern to note track"?

Or did I understand you wrong?

  • I WANNA KNOW THE SAME QUESTION!!! Audiotool had an update that is actual garbage and I can not find the add track tool anywhere, that's what it was originally and now I dont know how to get my machiniste track onto my timeline. PLEASE FIX THIS AUDOTOOL
