After creating my first sound in the machiniste, the A1, i transfer it over to the track. Afterwards i want to work on my next one, the A2, but no sounds come out, only from the A1. What am i supposed to do.

If you copy pattern A1 to a note track by using the Copy Pattern To Note Track context menu item, you'll hear the contents of that pattern (which is coming from the timeline now) even if you switch to another pattern. I'd recommend to define a playback loop in the timeline past the end of the note track you created, or mute the note region you created. Then you can work on your second pattern without hearing the first.
