Quieting a Piece of Music

Okay, I'm more then lost here, if someone could help me it'd be great. All I need is to be able to take some of the music I have (It's free Youtube stuff) and turn the sound down to say, 30% or even 15% volume. The Video editor I have does not allow for this (it's free, called "OpenShot Video Editor" the best I can use right now) the only thing it allows for is FULL Volume and total Silence. If it's at all possible I'd like to be able to Audio Edit my Voice Recordings too here, but the main thing I'm after is being able to quiet down and export to my laptop the music files I have. Is this at all possible with this program? And does anyone know of any free online/browser Audio Editing programs other then this one if this is not possible in this editor? Sorry for all this but I'm really lost and I think I stumbled into something I wasn't really looking for, thanks big time to anyone who answers this call for help. <3 =*-)! <3

Hello! This is absolutely NOT the site to do that, but if you still want an online audio editing software, I highly recommend (link is only visible to registered users)

Very simple to learn and overall it's very easy.
