I guess you forgot to respond to this topic so I'm gonna repost it...I keep on getting "SAMPLE_UPLOAD request failed" whenever I try to upload a sample. Please help.

Nobody forgot to answer to you. The developers are busy and will get to this issue as soon as they can. Polluting the board with lots of duplicates won't help you at all.
