When i stretch my timeline it does a glitch where the timeline used to be it goes black and then when i stretch the stuff in my music across the timeline it just glitches on that part of the timeline again.I don't know if its google chrome or Audiotool but it needs to get sorted out

Audio or visual glitch? If it's a visual problem (if I understood you correctly), can you provide a screenshot?
What version of chrome and what operating system are you using?
Is your Browser on 100 % zoom (Ctrl+0)? This sometimes causes graphical artifacts and visual misbehavior.
