Your best bet is to record the app's audio output in another program like Audacity. Just solo the sounds that you need for each stem, play your arrangement, capture the audio output and repeat for each stem. That's what I do to export mix-downs of unfinished tracks that I want to check somewhere else. It's tedious but it's the only way I know.
