Time signatures don't get manipulated the same way a BPM does. You'd have to chop the sample up and re-quantise the note/beats to fit the new time signature.
3/4 could be quantised as triplets in a 4/4 grid (so that would be the 8, 16, or 32T options) with the back beat (kick and snare) likely to stay the same, so it depends what sample you're trying to rework.
