Can I music from my PC (within the 30sec.) and sample it because when I try to on Probe it wont let me. add a beat only fade in/ out , Reverse etc. Any tips?? im new.

First of all, is the music you want to upload from your PC copyrighted material? In that case I'd refrain from doing so.
