I don't know the term for it, but I want to make something like this:

    You can use the Rasselbock's stutter for that.

    Just adjust the pitch parameter.

    If you want to tune drums, you should throw it into a Machiniste. It's the sample-based rhythm device. One of the properties located in the bottom panel is is a knob labeled "Pitch". Keep in mind you need to select the sample you wish to change in order for this to work. Give that a try and let me know if that doesn't work.

      It works in theory, but it's not practical at all.
