I can honestly see your vision with this, I think you should add like a echo on "panic" I think that would be a good transition to the beginning of the beat.
maybe change up the 808s (pretty sure there are some good kits and presets for that)and you should mess with the drum machine a lot more, just try to see if you can find a rhythm that sounds right for the type of beat You want this to be.
