Due to the manipulation of gravity, it has the same gravity as the Earth. At the center is the main Lightbulb, creating a perpetual noon-like setting. Furthest away from the center, the environment becomes increasingly shadowy and dim.

The location: This city is located close to the polar region of the planet. The cool air mixing with the warmth of the Giant Lightbulbs creates a microclimate that causes the city to be in a perpetual fog. Overall, the fog is not thick but medium. The lightbulb is 3,500K. The environment is surrounded by a warm cream hue.
