I made this song in light of the past events in 2014 regarding the #blacklivesmatter movement. Not just Mike Brown, but countless other names of human beings were killed and I, as well as many other people, are tired of adding more of our brothers, sisters, mothers, daughters, and sons to the already overly long list. I hope to see 2015 as the year for change. We should be celebrating each other, enjoying each others' presence. Why do we result in ending each other over melanin? Pigment. Out of our control. There are bigger issues out there. Let's get some equality up in here!

  • Good track and message!

  • I'm glad you're am avid supporter! As for the beat, I'm happy you like it! I'm more concerned about getting the message across since the beat was meant to add to the tone, but as long you get what I'm trying to say I'm all for it! Again thank you so much!! @yokillergamer

  • Im may be white but i have a black sister and a black brother and ill be getting another one soon and i know what it feels like to grow up in the hood because i did......It needs to change

  • Dude this Beat is dope i love the song alot i Just downloaded it and im going to show it off and its going to be a song that i listen to on a daily basis because of the beat.

  • Thanks guys! It truly means a lot. Out of all of the songs that I've made and have been working on, this is probably one that is most dear to me.

  • Very nice!

  • I like this beat!! And your comment about this song is similar to my song Live Yo life. We don't need to be killing each other over peace keeping. And I believe 2015 will be The year of Change and the birth of BIG DREAMERS dreaming big!!!!

  • Yes...

  • Hell yeah man... A track is always nice when there's a good message behind it.
