I think if you open the track (Click Remix), you can check out where I put my notes and what octave settings I used. I didn't use any tuning automation, but rather used the glide to make my slide.

I pulled out my keyboard and came up with these chords to work with. The middle has this strange almost bi-tonal feel to it with the riff against the chords.
