*i had this album on my mind for the longest*

1. the way - i start off the album with an edm - trap infusion. this track really shows my versatility and how i want to be different and want people to realize it and applaud me. this is me begging for affection. i think what i'm doing has me on the wrong path, so i'm begging for anyone to show me the right way.

2. it be like that sometimes - takes a depressing turn real quick in the second track of the album, but i see this track as the beauty of depression itself. walking out of depression alive is an achievement and a victory and we should always celebrate not having poisonous thoughts like that anymore.

3. some type of high - in this dreamy track, i step into the astral trap world of unknown and question my existence. who am i? what i'm doing here? this identity grasping track will have lullaby you to sleep and yet wake up for more.

4. yet he do - i return to my trap roots and let i make a catchy trap beat. i am the embodiment of this track, simple yet complex chords underneath. i let the listener fill their imagination to this track, giving me their life, giving me their hopes and wonders. because it makes me, me.

5.new trash - my favorite trap track to date, this expresses how i feel in this world. no matter how old i turn, i feel like new trash. i wish i could start over.

6. call it a day - in this thank u, next cherry hip hop infused track i reminisce on the good old days of my childhood and music general. it's a nice calm track that is definitely a different style of genre i normally do. even with all the ups and downs, i leave this track on a hopeful note for maybe a brighter future?

7. hang in there - in this short interlude, i tell myself what i need to hear. i need to hang in there, i'll be okay? no one may not love me now, but maybe in the future? hang in there aillen, you'll be okay.

8.curfew - in this weird...definitely experimental track, curfew brings out this carnivorous monster. that feeds on the damaged. damaged finds damaged, and in this case, i long for damaged goods.

9.you can say that again - is a bouncy and groovy track, in this album i take a more optimistic route. he says that he loves me, you can say that again, please say that again.

10.worth the wait - i close with a familiarity in genre and repetition, this not a new me. this is the old me. but if the new me is coming, then i guess it's worth the wait.
