"Written on Paper": Declaration of war

"Waiting on the Bus Stop": Getting to the barracks
"One Lap": The laps the soldiers gets during training
"Drop": Explains multiple things... the soldiers "drop" into action or fall in exhaustion or the main country I'm talking about starts dropping in morale.
"Going Up": Things look more better the more years pass for that one country.
"All On Top": The country starts winning battles more often
"Casualties": Well... it speaks for itself
Finally, "Operations": The Title
