The EWC 2026 Remix Contest winners.

Hello everyone,

The EWC 2026 Remix Contest has come to a close.

For anyone who missed it: producers were invited to remix the eleven official Esports World Cup 2026 soundtracks, built entirely in Audiotool, with every entry reviewed by our panel of judges.

Thank you to everyone who took the time to sit down with the originals and turn them into something of their own, and to 2WEI Music for providing the stems that made it possible. Judging was done together with 2WEI, with Manon Dave and Simon Heger on the panel alongside the Audiotool team.

The contest is over, but the tracks are not going anywhere. You can still remix any of the eleven originals and post your version underneath, so it joins the other entries in the remix album and stays part of the project.

On the side, it turned into a friendly race for pure output between our two most prolific remixers, TrackSharks and Sandburgen, both working through the whole tracklist. That one was only ever about quantity, and on numbers TrackSharks came out on top, 11 remixes to 8.

On to the winners.

  1. TrackSharks took the orchestral Blood Meridian and turned it into a brutal electro techno track.
  2. Althruist, in his take on Push, moves from breathtaking beauty into an experimental, broken wall of sound.
  3. PolanaZ took the bombast of the original, also Push, and turned it into something completely different, carried by an innocent ambient melody.

Two more worth your time as follow ups: Naswalt and Jay FK.

Congratulations to the three winners, and real respect to everyone who entered. Have a listen, and keep remixing.
