I'm having some problems installing Audiotool Booster

I have a problem installing my Audiotool Booster on my computer, when I go to install this message appears: " Setup was unable to automatically close all APPLICATIONS using files that need to be updated by Setup before continuing.

Click Retry to try again, Ignore to procced anyway, or Abort to cancel installation.

I clicked to Ignore to procced anyway , but ...

Another message appears like this:

"An error occurred while trying to replace the existing file, DeleteFile failed; code 5."

how do i solve this problem?
