i just recently got my first girlfriend ever. we're not quite on the "love each other" stage yet, but i can tell there's a possibility we could be together for a very long time. my biggest fear is that ill say something, do something, or show something that could hurt her so bad that she feels the need to leave the relationship. while i cant quite relate to this song that much, i really, really appreciate the message. keep up the amazing work dude, you're truly and inspiration for all of us

well, the song is about my golden retriever. But don't let yourself get codependent with another person. It's good to still be your own person while being good and faithful to someone else. Just make sure you're being healthy, responsible and willing to go through some tough shit and you'll be fine. Relationships are tough, but a lot more simple than people put them up to be. Be good and make sure that person is good for you.
