Ahah I knew it! That kind of stuff fosters endless debates between my neurons. I can't decide if a creation made by an AI is an artwork or not. Can an AI put 'its' intention into a creation? Or maybe AI and humans are not so different in terms of intention - our set of decision rules being simply more developed than the one of an AI? In the end, the artwork is maybe the AI itself, which would mean that its devs are the actual artists? But are they also the artists concerning the AI's creations?
